Unbelievable bit of kit. Although the Pro 575 is the ‘entry level’ model, it has tons of room and is packed with all the features that the more expensive models have, like the D2 system and WiFire. Everything I’ve cooked on it has turned out brilliant and although it does great with chicken, steaks, burgers etc. it really shines doing the ‘low and slow’ stuff like pulled pork, brisket and ribs. It almost feels like cheating as you can just the set the temperature, walk away (checking in via the app) and then come back to perfectly cooked, smokey meat. There are other things I still want to cook on it (such as fish and desserts) and I’m looking forward to trying out different types of pellets too (such as maple and mesquite).
