This is a perfect blend of herbs and spices creating a sweet, yet punchy jerk BBQ sauce.
Add to chicken, lamb, beef, pork and veggie dishes.
Water, Tomato Paste, Sugar, Spirit Vinegar, Salt, Cornflour, Garlic Puree (Garlic, Citric Acid) Smoked Water, Habanero Chilli Puree (Habanero Chilli Peppers, Salt) Smoked Paprika, Onion Powder, Allspice, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Bay leaf, Cumin Xanthan Gum
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened refrigerate and use within one month.
