We use cuts from the chump and the leg to give you awesomely lean, tender and more importantly flavoursome pork kebabs ready for the BBQ or the oven!
All our pork comes from the famous award-winning Blythburgh free-range pork, sourced just across the Suffolk border – our free-range pork is tender, juicy and succulent. Supplied by Jimmy Butler the National Pig Farmer of the Year in 2005, Blythburgh pork is allowed to roam free and grow naturally and are fed on a natural balanced diet, without the use of hormones or antibiotic growth promoters.
All our delicious meats are cut to order by hand. We endeavour to cut as close to the required weight as possible but occasionally the weight may be slightly higher or slightly lower than that ordered (although we will always try to make it over the ordered weight!).
