Porchetta is a fabulous cut to prepare, consisting of the loin and belly rolled together. It’s a perfect meal to cook and serve for larger dinner parties and always an impressive centrepiece!
Our mini Porchettas are made with English Pork Tenderloin, flat-leaf parsley, chipotle chilli flakes, fennel seeds and salt and pepper.
