English Full Rack of Lamb
Taken from the lamb ribs, our English Full Rack of Lamb is very popular as a fantastic all-rounder that’s super quick to cook and easy to achieve perfectly tender melt-in-the-mouth meat. The cutlets are individual rib steaks taken from the rack and look beautiful plated – perfect for quick roasting or grilling.
Our lambs are predominately sourced from right here in Essex and our lamb is predominately sourced from right here from the rich grass of Essex!
We select our lamb farmers locally, selecting them for their high standards of animal husbandry, welfare and commitment to sustainable farming.
