Our easy-cook legs of lamb are super-easy to carve – by removing the bone we then replace it and tie with twine, meaning that you still get all the convenience of a boneless joint, whilst still enjoy all the flavour that a bone-in joint provides. Perfect for a family of four this makes for an epic Sunday lunch. Also ideal for Easter!
Our lamb is hand prepared with care by our expert butchers on site at our shop in White Roding in Essex. Easy-cook leg of lamb is removed from the bone and then we return the bone and tie the joint with twine. This is a very lean joint succulent to taste and full of flavour. Our lambs are predominately sourced from right here locally in Essex!
