Dry-Aged Rump Steak


Our dry-aged rump steak is cut from the hindquarter and dry-aged for 28 – 40 days. Rump is a very versatile lean cut of steak which can be used for a whole host of everyday dishes.

We source our rump steak from beef herds grown to maturity and grass-fed on open pastures, before dry-ageing by our butcher to guarantee delicious eating, packed with flavour.
